Our client is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Account Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, tech-savvy, and results-driven individual who excels at building and maintaining client relationships.

Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Complete tasks in a timely manner, prioritizing responsibilities and demonstrating effective time management skills.
Effectively utilize Asana, Jira, CRM and spreadsheets to manage and track projects, tasks, and client communications and ensure are up-to-date.
Use strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, address their concerns, and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure tasks are being executed.
Establish internal process to assist in customer’s interaction, recording and maintenance.
Manage the onboarding process of new clients
Prior experience is not a requisite
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic Knowledge of Asana, Jira and CRM System will be considered as an advantage.
Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
A strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
