The successful candidate will deal with payments and bank transactions, invoices, Payment Providers, Suppliers, and Intercompany balances, VAT returns and payroll.

What the job looks like?

The Accountant will have the opportunity to:

• Execute the corporate payments from bank and other institutions.
• Deal with daily posting of suppliers’ invoices and bank payment transactions to the accounting software –SAP Business One.
• Prepare and review ledger of Banks, Payment Providers, Suppliers, and Intercompany balances.
• Assist in the preparation of VAT returns.
• Assist on the monthly company payroll.
• Assist in month-end/year-end entries and management accounts.

What will you need to be able to do the job?

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and/or LCCI Higher Diploma.
• Previous experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
• Previous experience in Financial/FX Industry will be considered as advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One accounting software will be considered as advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written.
• High attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors.
• Reticence and team player skills is a requirement.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work on multiple assignments, in a dynamic working environment.
