Client Relationship Officer

Our client is a well-established investment firm with offices in Limassol as well as abroad and a holder of  license in Cyprus and Australia. They are currently growing and are looking to add more Client Relationship Officers to their team with one of the following languages skills: German,  Portuguese, Italian,  English and Spanish.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process
• Relationship management with new and existing clients
• Relationship management with new and existing Partners
• Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms and products
• Being proactive in contacting clients by telephone and email to promote the company’s products and services
• Assisting with incoming queries from clients by telephone and email
• Entering and maintaining detailed and accurate records of your communication with clients on the company’s systems
• Researching regional business opportunities
• Ensuring all KPI’s are met
• Supporting and assisting with all departments as required
• Organizing and managing your workflow
• All the additional ones the company might require doing in order to develop successfully the job

Requirements
• Native/Fluent English speaker
• Fluent in verbal and written English to business standard, and fluency in an additional European language
• Excellent communication and written skills as well as attention to detail
• At least one year experience with forex in a similar role
• Client focused with excellent customer service
• Strong negotiation skills
• A broad understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably with foreign exchange
• Dynamic and self-motivated
• Ability to work Independently as well as in a team

Mandatory:
• Willing to work on a shift based working schedule
• Willing to work in a regulated environment and observe the guidelines set by the relevant governing body
• A high level of professionalism and personal integrity
