Customer Support/ Sales Representative (Romanian Speaker)

Our client, a company within the beauty products industry, is currently growing their team and is looking for Customer Service Agent. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for any customers inquiring or acquiring the company’s products online, in order to assist with the process and answer any questions that customers might have. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Romanian, will have previous experience in a similar role, positive attitude and self – motivated.

Job Responsibilities
Making proactive sales calls
Managing email follow-ups
Providing superior customer support for our cosmetic health and Nutra product lines.
Requirements
Be fluent in Romanian and good knowledge of English and/or Greek;
Have experience with CRM and administrative tools, though this is not a requirement, it would significantly strengthen your application
Previous experience in a similar role within a call center
