Our client is a pioneering Fintech enterprise leading the change in revolutionizing payment practices. On their behalf, we are actively in search of a Data Analyst to join their team. Our client , takes pride in their trailblazing approach to developing cutting-edge solutions and products that empower both individuals and enterprises, enabling seamless digital financial journeys. As a Data Analyst, your primary role will involve the analysis and refinement of daily data. Your insights will play a pivotal role in identifying the most effective transaction routing paths and will contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of our processes.

Job Responsibilities
Daily Transaction Data Analysis: Analyze substantial volumes of transaction data daily to extract actionable insights.
Implement data cleansing and pre processing techniques to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to discern transaction patterns and trends.
Transaction Routing Optimization: Develop and enhance algorithms for optimizing transaction routing based on daily transaction data analysis.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to implement optimization algorithms in our transaction routing systems.
Continuously monitor the performance of transaction routing algorithms and make necessary adjustments for ongoing enhancement.
Reporting & Visualization: Create clear and concise reports on transaction routing performance and optimization strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate transaction data insights and routing performance.
Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support, to implement optimization strategies.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
Proficiency in writing and understanding complex database queries.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
