Our client is a pioneering Fintech enterprise at the vanguard of revolutionizing payment practices. They’re  actively seeking a Financial Advisor.

Job Responsibilities

Financial analysis: analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to assess the company’s financial health and identify opportunities for improvement
Strategic financial planning: develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
Investment management: evaluate and manage the company’s investments, ensuring a balanced and diversified portfolio that maximizes returns while minimizing risks
Banking relationships: establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms for loans, credit lines, and other financial services
Cash flow management: monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity, optimize working capital, and make recommendations for improvements
Budgeting and forecasting: collaborate with various departments to create annual budgets and provide ongoing forecasting to support decision-making
Risk assessment: identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including insurance coverage and hedging strategies
Tax planning: work with tax professionals to optimize the company’s tax position and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations
Financial reporting: prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors
Advisory services: provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital structure, and other strategic financial matters
Compliance and regulatory oversight: stay up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure the company’s financial practices are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements
‍‍

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master’s degree or relevant certifications like cfa, cpa, or cfp preferred).
Proven experience as a financial advisor or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial management principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and ethical conduct
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
