Funding, Risk and Payment Analyst Full Time

On behalf of our client, a service provider to financial services, we are seeking a highly skilled Funding, Risk and Payment Analyst to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions related to funding and payments within the organization. Experience in the crypto industry is highly desirable as the company operates within this dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape.

Job Responsibilities

Manage Funding Operations: Oversee the funding/back office processes, make suggestions in order to improve and reorganize the department, and full fill implementation, draft new policies and procedures, monitor incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Payment Processing: Execute and oversee payment transaction monitoring, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis: Analyse funding and payment data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with funding and payment activities. Implement strategies to safeguard assets and minimize exposure to fraud or other financial threats.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and compliance teams, to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, funding operations, or payment processing, preferably in a cryptocurrency-related environment
Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, and blockchain technology.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with payment gateways, merchant services, or financial technology (fintech) platforms.
Advanced proficiency in English
