GCP Developer

Our client is a leading Information Technology Corporation, founded in 2003, which operates in the fields of custom Software and Hardware Development, and it specializes in the areas of Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Business Intelligence. They are currently growing their team and they’re looking for a GCP Developer. Our team collaborates with other departments and development teams throughout the Agile development process. The right candidate will be an empowered self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
Development of API’s to automate processes
Integrations experience, connecting platforms and systems to another
Design enterprise cloud technical strategy and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for distributed systems and applications
Develop cloud native applications using the Google Cloud Platform services and various open source frameworks
Build and deploy dynamically scalable and highly available services on (GCP) Google Cloud Platform.
Design and implement automation pipelines for deployment into (GCP) Google Cloud Platform, supporting DevOps, i.e. management of the process of building software
Work within an agile team that includes members with cross-functional skills

Requirements
Must have at least 2-5 years relevant work experience
High level knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Proven experience in GCP development
Cloud native application design and development experience in a cloud environment using APIs, containers, Kubernetes, service mesh (Istio) preferably on Google Cloud Platform
Have one active Google Certification, preferably Google Cloud Developer is an advantage
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
