Head of Payments Full Time

Our client is a well-established investment firm with offices in Limassol, currently looking for a Head of Payments. The Head of Payments will assist the Group Head of Payments to achieve the annual goals of the Group, while managing and supervising the Payments team, who are responsible for the daily Payment operations

Job Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to the team where needed.
Supervise the team, monitor the daily operations, and ensure that all tasks are delivered on time with efficiency.
Evaluate the current procedures and suggest improvements.
Assist with the implementation of automations of tasks.
Prepare monthly reporting for the financial transactions of the Group.
Liaise with external providers to resolve the issues that arise during the daily operations. (cashier, crm provider, PSP, Banking Institutions).
Coordinate and assist other departments with any query related to Payments.
STrain and mentor new and existing employees.

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
Good knowledge of Office 365.
Excellent organizational, communication and managerial skills.
University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field.
