Interior Architect (Kitchen) Full Time

Manpower, on behalf of our client we are seeking a talented Interior Architect with a specialization in kitchen design to join their team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovative design, and expertise in utilizing AutoCAD and 3D design software to create functional and visually stunning kitchen spaces.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints for kitchen design projects
• Utilize AutoCAD and other 3D design software to design functional and visually stunning kitchen spaces
• Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances to complement the overall design concept and meet client expectations
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of kitchen designs into overall building plans and construction processes
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate existing conditions, take accurate measurements, and identify potential challenges if needed
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends
• Manage multiple projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in kitchen design will be considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D design software
• Creativity, innovation, and a passion for creating functional, beautiful spaces
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
