Our client is a CySEC regulated entity with headquarters in Limassol and offices abroad in different jurisdictions. They are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join their team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and reliable individual who is looking to grow with the business through commitment and high-quality work. The Junior IT Analyst will provide first and second line technical support to internal staff and must be able to work whilst communicating with the Group Infrastructure and Security team Globally.
The objective of the role is to provide L1 and L2 support to the employees and staff of the local office in Limassol.

Floor walking and troubleshooting issues
Patching of data around the office
Floor walking to ensure local support
Physical telecoms installation
Biometric device setup and support
Jira Service Desk ticket processing
Asset & Inventory Management
Support day to day local IT requests
Procurement of IT hardware and software locally.
Build relationships with 3rd party vendors.
Ticket logging and response
Production of online documentation
Execution of current ITOC processes and procedures
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Setup and support conference systems
Ensure employees know how to use business tools provided
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
Participate in weekend and after-hours maintenance.
Microsoft Windows Environment support experience
Basic Support of mobile devices (IOS, Android)
Knowledge of computer hardware
Basic knowledge of network standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Dip/BSc/MSc in Information Technology or any other relevant field. (Desirable)
