Marketing Executive Full Time

Our client is a CySEC licensed investment firm based in Limassol. They’re currently growing their team and they’re looking for a Marketing Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible in helping  the Marketing team manage its growing internal and external projects to completion.

Job Responsibilities

Help with the coordination of marketing projects from inception to completion.
Meet with internal and external stakeholders to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Liaise with content, design, and CRM teams for the completion of marketing projects.
Organize and help planning advertising/communication campaigns and promotional events.
Lead external agencies, to effectively manage event requirements, promotional materials and online activities
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Monitor progress and providing reports of campaigns using various metrics and Project Management tool (Asana).
Write copy for communication campaigns (social media, website material etc.).
Organizing the content distribution to several channels (social media, Blog, Emails etc.).
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Help in conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

Requirements

• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
1+ years’ work experience in Marketing is a strong plus.
Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Proficient in MS Office.
Familiarity with social media, Hootsuite, WordPress and web analytics.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and has commercial awareness
Excellent communication and people skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Able to work in a high-pace, demanding environment with ambitious growth targets and tight deadlines.
