Our client is an investment firm offering various financial products such as options, stocks, futures, ETF, Bonds, Warrants, Metals. They are a professional and well-established company with offices in Limassol and they’re currently looking for a talented and experienced Office Administrator to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
Acting as a representative of the company in front of third parties
Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company if requested
Obtain and present special reports requested by the management, keep the database accordingly
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Organize and coordinate corporate meals and other events

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of business and management principles
Proven experience as an office administrator/manager is an advantage
Familiarity with a business
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
