OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR

WE are seeking a highly motivated individual to take over the role of Operations director of our Company’s business in Larnaca.

Tasks:

• Take Over the Operations director position.

• Control the Company’s management of chartering agreement, fleet and cargo undetakings.

• Crewing – liasing with Israelian Partners.

• Legal – Agreements.

• General Corporate and company Administration duties.

• Payroll of seafarers.

The ideal candidate must fulfil the following requirements:

• A relevant degree from a recognised university, in Law, Accounting, Business or Maritime with a minimum of three (3) years experience in relevant positions or in the shipping industry;
• Good leadership, controlling and communication skills as well the ability to work within a team;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Good knowledge of the marine industry and applicable Rules and Regulations;
• Knowledge about purchasing and budget cost control.
