Payments Manager
Our client is a pioneering Fintech enterprise at the vanguard of revolutionizing payment practices. They’re actively seeking a Payments Manager. They stand as a trailblazer in developing cutting-edge solutions and products that empower both individuals and enterprises, fostering seamless digital financial journeys. As a Payments Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, efficiency, and integrity of the active payment systems. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing our payment solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Job Responsibilities
Maintenance & Oversight: Continuously monitor the performance of our active payment solutions, ensuring they function optimally. Coordinate and execute regular system checks, updates, and maintenance activities to sustain system health.
Quality Control: Develop and implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of payment transactions. Identify areas for improvement and take the lead in recommending and implementing strategies to enhance system performance.
Partnership Development: Proactively identify companies and solutions offering innovative payment methods that align with our clients’ needs. Establish and nurture partnerships with these companies to enhance our payment offerings for clients.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Rapidly diagnose and resolve any issues or disruptions in the payment systems, minimizing downtime. Collaborate closely with technical teams and external vendors to rectify problems and ensure smooth operation.
Documentation & Reporting: Generate regular reports that provide insights into system performance, issues, resolutions, and quality metrics.
Stay Updated: Keep yourself updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and potential risks to inform your maintenance and quality control strategies. Your expertise will be essential in keeping our payment systems at the forefront of innovation and security
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing payment systems, with a strong emphasis on maintenance and quality assurance.
Technical proficiency, with an understanding of payment technologies and platforms.
Detail-oriented mindset with a keen focus on quality and reliability.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
