QA Automation Engineer (Python)

Our client is one of the leading ship management companies globally today. They manage a diverse fleet of vessels via a worldwide network of fully owned subsidiary offices, coordinated from their headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus. Now, they are looking for a QA Automation Engineer (Python) to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar position and good understanding of Testing Software Life Cycle.

Job Responsibilities:
Work with product owners, engineers, etc. to support them.
Provide support to develop new and innovative automated in-house solutions.
Develop a complete QA program that safeguards the quality of products, and fosters a “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production and the finished product.

Requirements:
University Degree in Computer Science or related field
hands-on experience in Python (Selenium is a bonus)
strong and demonstrable detail-oriented and analytical skills
good understanding of Testing Software Life Cycle
comfortable with self-management and on-the-job learning,
curiosity and passion about new technologies,
team spirit and enjoy working in a team environment
be able to Log and monitor bugs,
be able analyse business requirements,
be able to write and execute test plans,
be able to work closely with the engineering and product team to analyse and resolve defects,
be able to implement automated test scenarios in Python
be able to work with Git as well as CI/CD practices
