Responsibilities:

• Recruit staff, manage performance, and motivate the team to achieve high results
• Monitor staff timekeeping to optimize restaurant operations
• Maintain cash handling discipline and accurate financial transaction records
• Conduct inventory audits and timely order products to prevent shortages
• Preparation and organization of planned events (tastings, wine dinners, events, etc.)
• Address conflict situations and manage crisis scenarios effectively
• Ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations while upholding all service and quality standards

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or director
• Upper-intermediate+ knowledge of English and Russian
• Strong personnel management skills and a good understanding of teamwork
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Problem-solving skills
