Shift Lead

Our client is a technology company best known for their local commerce platform. They make it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to homes or offices. Currently, they are currently looking for a Shift Lead to lead their Grocery Associate team. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for high quality service, and monitor the performance and wellbeing during the shift. They will also be working together with the Store Manager to develop strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Ensuring efficient operations and being the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present at the store.
Supporting handling orders.
Solving issues in which the team needs help.
Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, office duties and well-being.
Collecting and forwarding feedback.
Proactively participating in developing store operations.

Requirements
Proven experience working in another grocery store. Previous experience in team leading is a plus!
Must be fluent in Greek and English
Must be a fast learner and have the ability to multitask.
Proactive and service-minded with a can do-attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Must be tech savvy.
Must be able to work flexibly both during the day, evenings and weekends.
