JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Limassol
JOB TYPE: Full-Time Part-time Afternoon Shift
We seek for a passionate and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wilton Patisserie.
In this role, you will be the face of our patisserie, welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
-Greet and Welcome Guests: Warmly welcome guests to the patisserie, making them feel valued and appreciated. Recognizing customers’ needs and responding immediately to them, showing interest, courtesy, and a pleasant disposition.
-Order Management: Efficiently and timely receive, prepare, and process customer orders in person, online, and over the phone. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with each order.
-Product Knowledge: Understanding all menu items according to training and e-shop information, including ingredients preparation methods, and being able to answer customer queries and make recommendations.
-Applying the company policy: positioning and presenting products to increase their attractiveness to customers and consequently increase sales. Check the products’ quality daily, applying FIFO of all products and withdraw those deemed unsuitable for consumption once they have been properly recorded.
-Payment Handling: Manage cash, credit card, digital payments, and daily cashier balance, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and correct handling weighing machine.
-Correctly apply discounts: based on the company regulations, donations, and coupons.
-Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the service area clean and well-organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
-Handling Issues and complains: Address and resolve customer complaints or queries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Store Manager information: of any damages, malfunctioning devices, or other problems that have occurred.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with all concerned staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
-Feedback Collection: Encourage customer feedback to improve our services and products.
-Applying processes: applying the correct management processes of the Electronic Computer and the store’s cashier register and/or any other software required for the smooth operation of the shop.
-New management requests: Anything else requested by management within the scope of the responsibilities of the specific position.
– College diploma or university degree.
– Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbal and written (Extra languages is a bonus)
-Basic Technology Knowledge.
-Driver’s license
-Familiarity with customer relationship management
-Relevant experience of 2+ years will be considered an additional qualification
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and payments.
