Special Projects Manager Full Time

Our client, a pioneering Fintech enterprise at the vanguard of revolutionizing payment practices is actively seeking a Special Projects Manager. The company stands as a trailblazer in developing cutting-edge solutions and products that empower both individuals and enterprises, fostering seamless digital financial journeys. As a Special Project Manager, you will be a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO, responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects that are not directly related to the product but are crucial for the company’s success. You are expected to be highly organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
Project Management: Take ownership of various projects assigned by the CEO, including strategic initiatives, business development projects, and company-wide endeavors.
Contract Drafting: Draft, review, and manage a range of legal contracts and agreements.
Multi-Tasking: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are appropriately addressed.
Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and proactively find solutions to address them, mitigating risks and facilitating project success.
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for the CEO and stakeholders on project progress, providing regular updates and reports.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and other forms of research to support decision-making processes.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in project management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong contract drafting and legal background.
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
