Sports Risk Team Leader

Our client is a fast growing regulated company providing single wallet white label casino and sports solution. They’re currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Sports Risk Team Leader  to join their team in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities
Analyse sports data to identify potential risks or trends
Develop and implement risk management strategies for sports events
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies
Collaborate with sports organizations to identify and mitigate potential risks
Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in sports risk management

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (statistics, economics, sports management) will be considered as an advantage
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making
Familiarity with sports data sources and analytics tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experienced in Sports / Risk department
Managerial experience
Preferred Skills:

Experience working in sports risk management or a related field
Familiarity with statistical modelling will be considered as an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
