Telemarketing Sales Person (German Speaker) Full Time

Our client is an innovative online platform company headquartered in Poland. With a focus on simplifying Bitcoin purchases through diverse payment methods, they are revolutionizing the digital currency market.

As they expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Sales Person to join their team in Cyprus.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the German-speaking market to promote Bitcoin purchase services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized interactions.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements, emphasizing the benefits of our client’s platform.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and secure
Bitcoin purchase transactions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities is the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our client’s offerings.

Requirements:

Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a must.
Experience in the financial or technology sector will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections confidently.
Familiarity with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; however, academic qualifications are not the primary focus for this role.
