Our client is a B2B company based in Cyprus that provides technology support and administrative services to various financial market businesses. They are currently in the process of establishing a R&D department with employees who will be dedicated to providing round-the-clock support to, and development of, the company’s clients’ platforms.

They are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing for back office and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and seamless user experiences across the clients’ digital products. The Designer’s primary focus will be on designing interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, while ensuring an exceptional user journey. Moreover, the candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stake holders, to bring his/her designs to life.
Design and create visually stunning and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, considering usability, user experience, and accessibility principles.
Conduct user research, gather user requirements, and translate them into design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to communicate design concepts and functionality effectively.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that align with project goals.
Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and standards throughout the design process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to contribute innovative ideas and approaches.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and design specifications.
Participate in design reviews and present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and addressing concerns.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with other designers and team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, highlighting your design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design approach.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design best practices.
Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality designs on time.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
