VACANCY: Part Time Receptionist (Tennis Academy)

Aphrodite Hills Resort, Europe’s multi-awarded destination and one of the must-visit resorts in the world, is looking for a candidate to join the Tennis Team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Closing the Sports Center.
• Meet and greet clients.
• Provide clients with product knowledge.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries via phone and face to face.
• Check in and check out players.
• Perform general administration tasks.
• Preparing drinks for players during the day.
• Reception: check in/check out of clients.
• Up-selling; lessons and/or retail shop.
• Retail shop: sell sports gear.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Greek and Russian would also be beneficial.
• Some knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Schedule (18 hours per week):

• Saturday: 10:00-20:00
• Sunday: 16:00-20:00
• Monday: 17:00-21:00
