Step by step the registration of an electronic application for the proclamation to the Bank of Greece
On 17 April The 1C/2019 notice will be recruited to the Bank of Greece 60 permanent secondary education of the accounting, cash sector. Candidates for positions should have
1. Diploma or Diploma or Certificate of post-secondary education of IEK or secondary school TEE B ́ cycle or Unified Lyceum or Unified Polycladic Lyceum or Professional Lyceum or Technical Professional Lyceum or Lyceum of General Direction or Other equal title of a school unit in the national or foreign territory, irrespective of specificity.
2. Knowledge of Computer manipulation in objects: (a) processing of texts, (b) spreadsheets and (c) Internet services.
3. Excellent knowledge of the English language. The candidates, who possess the general and required qualifications of the posts, must complete and apply for participation in the ASCP, exclusively through his website (www.asep.gr).
The deadline for submitting the electronic applications for participation begins today and ends on April 17, 2019, Day Wednesday at 14:00. The deadline of the application Is based on the date of the electronic submission to the ASCP.
Supporting documents
At the Same time, they will have to send by registered letter to the ASCP at: ASCP, Application for Proclamation 1C/2019, P.O. Box 14308 Athens P.C. 11510 in envelope size A4 or in a special folder of the Aep POST (distributed by ELTA), the following supporting documents : Completed and signed the printed form of the electronic application. Unsigned applications are not accepted.
A Candidate who submits an online application but does not send to the ASEP the printed form of the signed, is excluded from the further procedure. Any corrections or modifications or additions to the printed form of the electronic application shall not be taken into account. The Electronic application shall be the subject of a solemn declaration of article 8 of Law 1599/1986 and the inaccuracy of the declared data shall be subject to the prescribed criminal and administrative penalties.
Fee of three (3) Euro, which is supplied by the candidate either electronically through the application of electronic fee (e-Fee) by selecting → Public Body → Supreme Council of Personnel Selection (ASEP) from the website of the General Secretariat Information Systems (www.gsis.gr) or From a public fund.
Photocopy of the two sides of the individual identity card or the relevant provisional certificate of the competent authority or of the critical pages of the passport.
If the candidates do not provide the necessary documents, where appropriate, they shall not take into account the qualification or criteria or the qualities which they declare by their application to participate in the procedure.
Written examination
The examination of the courses will be made in writing with the method of multiple choice questions and the answers will be given to special Answer Sheets. The Central Competition Committee shall determine the degree corresponding to each correct answer or the percentage of the maximum score corresponding to the total of the questions given. There May also be a reduction in the score for each incorrect answer (negative rating).
The grading of the courses will be done by electronic reading of the answers sheets via Optikoilektronikoy scanner (Scanner-OMR) based on the predefined, by the Central Committee of the Competition, correct answers. The basis of the score is sixty (60) units, for each course.
In The case of equal candidates in the overall level of the competition, the candidate who garnered the highest degree in the course first in the notice and if they have the same rank precedes the candidate who has a higher rank in Second lesson and so on.
However, If it is not possible to determine the order of success on the basis of the above criteria, it shall be determined by the Central Commission by public lottery. - Click “Register Online Request”
- Before completing the application, enter in the Registry your qualifications (Title of Studies, Postgraduate, etc.) According to the example of the manual “Register/Update Registry Items” in > the Path: Help user Manuals
- Click “Member Login” to enter the online services
- Select the “Citizens” icon
- Select the “Online request List” icon
- Click ‘ New Request ‘
- Select the Application, the training category and press the “Select” button

- Fill in the remaining fields of the application by following the instructions given above for the qualification and press the “Save”, “Check” and “Finalize” buttons to complete your application.
- The status of the request is now “Submitted” An email will be sent to the email address you have entered in your personal information during registration, which will report the contest, the protocol number and the Date of finalisation of your application.
