Thanos Hotels & Resorts are currently seeking to recruit a Bartender for Amyth of Mykonos Super Paradise for September and October 2024.

Duties & Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for the setup, breakdown and service of working station
▪ Maintain a friendly and discreet approach towards all guests while greeting and serving them
▪ Knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation
▪ Follow the correct and consistent service techniques for drinks and cocktail preparation according to the F&B standards
▪ Check daily, the condition of all facilities and equipment at the Bar, and take appropriate action were necessary
▪ Developing new cocktail recipes
▪ Attend daily/weekly departmental meetings when required
▪ Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

▪ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
▪ Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations and/or guest complaints.
