Adecco is currently seeking, a passionate Digital Talent Sourcer with creativity, passion and spark to cover the following position: Digital Talent Sourcer

Job Description:

• Support a wide range of hiring projects, such as screen and source Talent, turning passive candidates to possible employees.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing departments to improve recruitment process and efficiency.
• Research and collect active & passive candidates using company’s talent tools and social media.
• Craft candidate outreach to attract candidates and create meaningful engagement with them.
• Monitor competition, deliver data insight and provide understanding to the hiring managers of the external market

Candidate Profile:

• University Degree preferably in the field of Digital Marketing/Communication /Economics & any other field related.
• Experience with research and sourcing tools such as Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram and other social media as well as alternative search techniques.
• Ability to contribute in a fast paced and dynamic environment with strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and focused on outcome & KPI’s achievement.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team to handle different responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, key stakeholders and organizations.
