STOCKROOM SPECIALIST FULL TIME-FACTORY SCHEDULE, RETAIL PARK PATRA – NEW ADIDAS STORE OPENING

Tasks and challenges:

• Maintain an efficient and organized warehouse space.
• To perform the functions of the store with an emphasis on the flow of products to and from the sales area of ​​the store.
• Apply your knowledge and experience to provide feedback and support to the team.
• Apply your retail experience to maximize store sales by prioritizing the flow of products to the sales floor.
• Exemplify warehouse operations and complete merchandise receipts quickly and accurately while adhering to inventory protection procedures.
• Ensure the availability of the necessary products to create a functional warehouse environment and its continued excellent maintenance (including all products).
• Coach and train selected members of the store team on key procedures as well as behavioral issues.
• Identify and make suggestions for improvement to the store Management team to maximize commercial opportunities.

Skills and experience:

• 12+ months of experience in a sports or fashion retail environment and 6+ months of additional warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and their interpretation tools to increase sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Be team spirited, willing to learn and have good communication skills.
