Our client is a pioneering Fintech enterprise at the vanguard of revolutionizing payment practices. They’re actively seeking a Customer Data Analyst.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer data using sophisticated BI tools and statistical methods.
Develop and maintain advanced reporting systems and dashboards that provide insightful and actionable information to the customer success and executive teams.
Regularly update these tools to reflect evolving business needs and customer feedback.
Customer Health Monitoring:Design and implement a robust framework for tracking andassessing customer health, utilising a mix of quantitative and qualitativedata.
Develop predictive models to forecast customer behaviours, such as churn risk, up-sell opportunities, and engagement levels.
Continuously refine these models to improve accuracy and relevance.
Strategic Feedback Loop Implementation:Establish a systematic approach for collecting, analysing,and acting on customer feedback.
Collaborate with customer success team to integrate customer feedback into broader data insights.
Facilitate regular review sessions to discuss customer feedback trends and potential strategic responses.
Process Improvement and Optimisation:Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks orinefficiencies in customer success processes.
Recommend and help implement improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Monitor the impact of these changes and recommend strategies to the Head of Customer Success as necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a liaison between the customer success team and other departments, ensuring data insights are shared and understood across the organisation.
Support business care, sales, and product development teamswith relevant customer data to inform strategies and decisions.
Participate in cross-departmental projects that require data expertise.
Training and Support:Develop training materials and sessions to enhance the data literacy of the customer success team.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship in data analysis techniques and BI tool usage.
Stay current with the latest trends in data analysis and BI tools, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, ComputerScience, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field. An advanceddegree is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, preferablyin the fintech or financial services industry
Proficiency in writing and understanding complex databasequeries
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau,Power BI, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keenattention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to present data insights clearly
Knowledge of customer success principles and practices is a plus
