Office Manager
Our client is an investment firm licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. They are seeking to employ a Back Office Officer to complement their team in Limassol, Cyprus.
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office
Maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, key-record keeping and coordination among departments
Scheduling meetings, appointments and meeting room bookings within the office
Answering employee requests and questions.
Coordinate and delegate the task to the appropriate person of the team.
Update and keep employee records in check.
Administering various employee benefits programs, such as group insurance, long-term disability, pensions, and profit sharing.
Create and submit reports to senior management.
Formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Office Manager or any related position
In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.
Proficient in both Greek and English language.
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and Microsoft Office suite
Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
