As a Risk Associate, your primary focus is on safeguarding client websites, mitigating risks, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Job Responsibilities
Conducting pre-connection tests for new clients and websites.
Monitoring the operational status and activities of each website.
Vigilantly tracking changes on clients’ websites.
Conducting routine checks on all websites utilizing the company’s services.
Analyzing and mapping data, then preparing comprehensive reports.
Ensuring accurate alignment of client data with the company’s CRM system.
Managing chargebacks and addressing potential fraud issues.
Collaborating with other departments to accomplish daily tasks and shared objectives.
Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as necessitated by business operations.

Requirements
Full training will be provided, but prior experience in an office environment is advantageous.
Possession of strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication abilities.
Computer literacy, including a solid working knowledge of computers in general.
Strong multitasking capabilities.
