Back Office Officer

Our client is a CySEC regulated investment firm based in Limassol that delivers through its trading platform a wide range of trading instruments including Forex and CFDs for stocks, commodities and indices. They aim to improve the on-line trading experience by offering specialized consumer services, which will make users enjoy trading within a technologically advanced environment. They are currently looking for a Back Office Officer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities
Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on the account opening process as well as amending existing accounts.
Providing administrative and support services efficiently for smooth functioning of organization and effective working of employees.
Collecting and evaluating KYC documents from clients
Preparing reports for the management when required.
Responsible for all administration of the company’s office
Provide assistance to the management as required
Update and maintain office policies as necessary.
Organize office operations and procedures
Daily Reconciliation with Banks and PSPs

Requirements
A University diploma in any field will be considered an advantage
Fluency in English
Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must
Previous experience within the forex/fintech industry would be considered an advantage
Computer literacy with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with the Due Diligence process – KYC process
Experience in a customer facing role.
