Our client is an investment firm licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. They are seeking to employ a Back Office Officer to complement their team in Limassol, Cyprus.
Performing KYC and due diligence checks
Registration and opening of new clients’ accounts in the Company’s software
Handling deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers
Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations etc.)
Live chat support
At least 2 year previous working experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry
Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any additional language will be considered an advantage (preferably Arabic)
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of the team
Attention to detail skills and Target oriented
Possession of the Basic/Advanced CySEC certification will be considered as an advantage
Flexibility to work on a weekly rotational basis: Monday-Friday 09:00 – 18:00 and/or 10:00 – 19:00.
